How is payment handled?

Payments are typically split into two invoices: one at the start of the project and one before final file delivery. The first payment is required to begin, and the final payment releases your deliverables.

Can invoices be split into smaller payments?

For larger projects, I can split invoices into smaller payments (e.g., four or six installments) if needed. Let me know before the first invoice, and we’ll find a payment plan that works for both of us.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available after invoices are paid, as you’re paying for a custom service, not a product.

What if I want to cancel the project or don’t like the design after using all revisions?

If you’re unsatisfied after using all revisions, you can reject the design. This means you cannot use any concepts, drafts, or final designs. If you cancel, you won’t be charged the final invoice.
